It's not every day that an international emergency impacts us all on such a large scale. The rarity of what's happening across the globe right now has caused a great deal of uncertainty in just about every aspect of our lives. On the personal side, we're worried about family, friends, and coworkers as we all try to stay safe and healthy. On a business front, we’re hearing from our plastic surgeon and cosmetic dental clients that they feel lost trying to figure out what’s best not just for themselves and their loved ones, but also for their patients, staff, and their practices as a whole.
Adapting to the current reality is stretching them beyond what they can handle on their own. There are so many questions to be answered: how do I keep my staff while we're forced to shut down, what do we say to patients. how far out do we need to go for procedure cancellations and how do we gauge how far out to reschedule, how do prepare to ramp back up when we see what our new normal is.
